Use a Pumpkin Dremel to Carve Your Pumpkin

Are you looking for a pumpkin dremel? Using a dremel rotary tool to decorate your pumpkin is so much easier than using a knife, and the results are much better! Once you use a dremel, you will never use a knife again on your pumpkin for creating a design.

Dremels are not meant to cut all the way through the pumpkin. What the dremel does is etch designs on the surface of your pumpkin after you have removed the top and gutted your pumpkin.

The dremel removes the surface skin while leaving the meat underneath. When you have a lighted candle inside the pumpkin, the light will illuminate the exposed meat which outlines the etched image, making it appear to glow around the image.

This is a really good example of how using a dremel creates a glowing illumination around your etched design.

Dremels are great at adding intricate detail to your pumpkin’s design. You have much more control over the results than you do with a knife or saw blade.

Pumpkin Carving Dremels

The 7000-PK 6-Volt Pumpkin Carving Dremel is just one example of the dremels you can use to carve your pumpkin. Using a dremel is easy. Simply trace an image on the surface of your pumpkin, then use the dremel to etch it into the skin of the pumpkin. The 700-PK dremel has two speeds you can use when etching, as well as 10 Halloween templates. One of the best features of this particular dremel is that it runs on batteries. That means you won’t have to worry about a cord getting in your way as you carve.
